Billie Ruth Warren passed away on March 9, 2026 at her home in Bellmead, Texas.
She was born in Waco April 8, 1936. Billie went to La Vega schools and also attended MCC where she became a nursing home administrator. She also worked at the Red Cross Blood Center in Waco until retirement.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Ruth Cline, her sister, Peggy Nelson and her son, Charles L. Warren, Jr.
Survivors include brothers, William Cline and Robert Cline; sister, Mary Walker; daughter, Audrie Hovers; son, Randall Ray and Judy; granddaughter, Kaci Ray Slocum and Caleb; great grandchildren, Harper Slocum and Levi Slocum.
