Mark Alan Roschke

Mark Alan Roschke, of Waco, Texas passed away peacefully on June 9, 2025 at the age of 73.

Mark was born June 19th, 1951, in Joplin, Missouri to Norbert and Ruth Roschke. His father served as a Lutheran pastor. When Mark was 10 years old, his family moved to San Angelo, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1974 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mark went on to work as a computer programmer at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, in Los Alamos, New Mexico. On April 8th, 1978, he married Kristine Geary in Ogden, Utah. They had three children together: Joanna, John, who died in infancy, and Nathanial. His children knew him as a kind, devoted father whose life was marked by endurance, even in the midst of health struggles.

Mark is survived by his wife, Kristine (Tina) Roschke, children Joanna and Nathanial Roschke, siblings Paul Roschke, Thomas Roschke, Sarah Daugherty, Rebecca Roschke, and Joel Roschke, 3 nephews and 5 nieces. He was preceded in death by his father, Norbert Roschke, mother Ruth Roschke, his brother Nathan Roschke, and son John Roschke.
