Mary Ann Hendrick

Mary Ann Hendrick, 83 of Waco, passed away peacefully at home on April, 18, 2025 surrounded by her family.

Visitation will be 12:00 to 1:00 pm at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm in the Chapel. Burial will follow at Moore Cemetery.

Mary was born on April 27, 1941 in Marlin, Texas to George Paladino and Viola L. (Orlando) Paladino. She grew up in Marlin and attended Marlin schools. Mary would soon go to work for HEB as an accountant until she retired around 1983. Soon after retirement, Mary went to work at Hillcrest Hospital in the medical records department before permanently retiring around 2009.

She married the love of her life, Arther Darrell Hendrick, and they were married on June 16, 1982. Mary loved to travel. So after her first retirement from HEB, she and Arther traveled all over and enjoyed taking cruises together. She also enjoyed camping, Blue Grass music, Cooking, Sewing, and being with her church family.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, George and Viola Paladino; husband, Arthur D. Hendrick; three brothers, Charlie Paladino, Cosimo Paladino and Gathen Reistino; son, Arther Hendrick, Jr.; son-in-law, Johnny Stogsdill; grandson, Dusty C. Bethke, Jr.

She is survived by daughters, Deborah A. Tosh, Barbara A. Blanco & husband Jesse; sons, John E. French, David L. French & wife Betty, David W. Hendrick & wife Brenda; sisters, Geneva Herbst, Louise Mathis & husband Everett, Josephine Skains & husband James; many grandchildren & great grandchildren; and many loving nieces & nephews.

The family would like to send their heartfelt appreciation to Providence Hospice for the wonderful care that provided to Mary. They hold a special place in the heart of Mary's family.
