Wilma Martin, 78, passed away peacefully on Sat. July 11, 2026 surrounded by her family. A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, July 18, 2026 at the Alliance Bible Church in Waco with Rev. Joe DiLuzio officiating.

Wilma was born in Pep, New Mexico July 23, 1947. She grew up in and graduated High School from Robinson, Texas.

She was a beloved teacher for 40 years teaching high school and college students at schools including TSTC and Navarro Jr. College. She spent 15 years devoted to the life house ministry in Mexia TX. Wilma loved to travel and be with family. She instilled Her unwavering faith in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as she had a deep love of Our Lord and Savior. Her favorite daily pass time was watching her precious great granddaughters playing. She was a member of the Youngblood Memorial Presbyterian Church in Robinson Texas. She suffered a brief but courageous battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ozella Martin and father, Stanley Martin; and her sister, Cheryl Blades.

She is survived by her daughter, Libby Martin; grandchildren, Layland Smith and wife Jasmine Smith; granddaughter, Kayle Lilly and husband Josh Lilly; grandson, Styrling Webster and granddaughter, Ozella DiLuzio. Also 2 great granddaughters belonging to Layland and Jasmine Smith, Adinah and Amelia Smith.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Layland Smith, Styrling Webster, Michael Webster, Max Miller, Brayden Leos, and Joshua Lilly.
